Finally, after eight long months, it’s week one of the league season!

With such strong availabilities this was a very, very tough selection meeting for the captains. If you were available and not selected, keep working hard and force your way in to a side next weekend. The captains' doors are always open if you would like to discuss anything and the Committee's message is just to be patient and lots of opportunities will come. We have six very strong sides out over the Bank Holiday weekend – let’s keep up this level of commitment and availability throughout the season!

In addition to Saturday’s league fixtures, on Sunday the TSSL campaign kicks off at Whitley Village on Monday the 1st XI have the round robin stage of the Middlesex T20 at Twickenham C.C., with a clash against Premier League Teddington in the first round. The teams are below….

It’s an unprecedented pre-season Saturday this weekend as we field four (yes, four!) pre-season sides. In addition, on Sunday the 1st XI host Uxbridge in the first round of the Middlesex Cup.

After last Saturday’s traditional curtain raiser vs. Twickenham was cancelled due to the weather, this Saturday is set fair for the opening matches of the season. The 1st XI (home) and 2nd XI (away) take on Shepherds Bush. With strong early season availabilities, we are still looking for a 3rd XI fixture.
